Terms Of Admission
  1. Children aged between 2 to 6 years old.
  2. Diagnosed with autism by GENIUS Kurnia’s panel of  referees.
  3. Parents agree with GENIUS Kurnia rules and regulation.
List of Documents for Admission to GENIUS Kurnia
  1. Copy of diagnosis letter from the GENIUS Kurnia’s panel of referees.
  2. Copy of child’s Mykid
  3. Copy of child’s birth certificate
  4. Copy of child’s OKU card (if available)
  5. Child’s passport size photos (2 pieces)
  6. Copy of parents’ identification card
  7. Parents who are self-employed need to provide confirmation letter of income from Ketua Kampung or Management and Professional Group in public service.
  8. Copy of both parents’ payslip
